热应激环境蛋鸡免疫力变化机理研究——Ⅱ免疫力、氧自由基代谢、耐热力间的关系

摘要:
选经常规免疫ND,IBD的30周龄健康罗曼蛋鸡96只,按随机法等分为2组,分置于人工气候室内,对照组环境温度22 ℃不变,试验组环境温度为22 ℃,166 h→30 ℃,166 h→35 ℃,166 h→40 ℃,4 h→21.3 ℃,22 h(15只40 ℃致死试验)温度。定期采血或剖检测定有关指标。结果显示:①血浆SOD,GSH-Px在30 ℃ 166 h显著升高,35 ℃166 h,40 ℃显著下降,21.3 ℃ 22 h下降。40 ℃显著下降,21.3 ℃ 22 h下降。40 ℃高温致死后肝组织MDA、自由基水平显著增加。②高温致死肝组织氧自由基代谢指标MDA、自由基水平与不同温段免疫力指标、HSST均呈显著或不显著负相关;血浆GSH-Px,SOD,MDA在35 ℃ 166 h,40 ℃ 4 h环温下与HSST呈显著或不显著正相关。③较长高温应激蛋鸡免疫力指标下降愈大的个体,其机体氧自由基代谢抑制程度愈强,耐热力愈差,反之亦然。

The study of layers on the immune feature and ralation with HSSTⅡ
Abstract:
The effect of environmental temperature (22 ℃ 7 d,30 ℃ 7 d,33 ℃ 7 d,40 ℃ 4 h,part:40 ℃ 1-45 h)21.3 ℃ 22 h on plasma SOD,GSH-Px,MDA,liver MDA,index of oxygen radical,and relation of inmune index with plasm SOD,GSH-Px.MDA,Liver MDA and index of oxygen radical were analysized.The results showed that:(1)Plasma SOD,GSH-Px were increased at 30 ℃ 166 h,35 ℃ 166 h,40 ℃ 4 h and Liver MDA,Oxygen radical at 40 ℃ CT were significantly higher than those of control groups.(2)MDA,oxygen radical of liver at 40 ℃ heat stress were negatively related to index of immunity and HSST.Plasma GSH-Px,SOD,MDA at 35 ℃ 166 h,40 ℃ 4 h CT were positively related to HSST.
