| 3组成年母兔按每千克体重分别肌注含硒0.3，0.4，0.5 mg的亚硒酸钠溶液，每周1次，历时8周，复制出家兔亚急性硒中毒动物模型。结果表明，中毒程度与给硒量有关，试验组血硒浓度显著高于同期对照组。中毒剂量的硒可以使家兔生长缓慢、消瘦，发情率、怀孕率和胎仔率下降。 |

| The effect of selenium poisoning on reproduction in rabbits |

| Abstract: |
| Different toxic doses of Sodium selenite (0.3,0.4,0.5 mg/kg,conversion as selenium) were given to the experimental rabbits by means of muscular injection weekly,and subacute selenium poisoning model in rabbits was produced over eight weeks.The results showed that symptoms caused by selenium poisoning had relation to the selenium doses given to the rabbits,and the concentration of blood selenium in experimental groups was higher than that of control rabbits in the same period.Selenium poisoning could cause growth inhibition,loss of body weight and reductive reproduction function such as proportion of oestrus,gestation and embryo numbers in experimental rabbits. |
