| 摘要: |
| 采用RT-PCR技术对关中奶山羊不同大小的有腔卵泡的卵泡膜细胞、蜞粒细胞和卵丘卵母细胞复合体中转化生长因子β2（TGFβ2）的基因表达进行了测定。结果表明，在有腔卵泡的各个时期都有TGFβ2基因表示；在卵泡膜、颗粒细胞和卵丘卵母细胞复合体中也检测到了该生长因子的mRNA。推测TGFβ2对关中奶山羊卵泡发育有一定的调节作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| The gene expression of transforming growth factorβ2(TGFβ2) in goat antral follicales was dtermined by utilizing reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).In different size of goat ovarizn follicles and in theca cells,granular cells (GCs) and cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs),the expression of mRNA of TGFβ2 can all be measured.These results indicate that TGFβ2 may play an important role in goat ovarian follicle development and oocyte maturation. |
