报道了以糠醛为原料在温和条件下经两步合成出β-(2-呋喃)丙酸乙酯的方法。通过正交试验找出了糠醛和乙酯经缩合反应生成β-(2-呋喃)丙稀酸乙酯的最佳反应温度(-15~-10 ℃)、糠醛滴加时间(2.5 h)和乙醇用量(1.0 mL)。同时通过改用Raney Ni作催化剂使β-(2-呋喃)丙稀酸乙酯能在室温常压下催化氢化成β-(2-呋喃)丙酸乙酯,产率为95%。 |

Abstract: |
Starting from furfural,a mild method for the synthesis of ethyl β-(2-furyl) propionate in two steps was reported.By orthogonal tests,the optimum reaction temperature (-15 to -10 ℃),furfural dropping time (2.5 h) and ethanol amout (1.0 mL) in preparation of ethyl β-(2-furyl) acrylate from furfural and ethyl acetate were found out.Ethyl β-(2-furyl) acylate were hydrogenated with Raney Ni to 95% ethyl β-(2-furyl) propionate at room temperatur and atmospheric pressure. |
