对N离子束诱变处理的烤烟NC89和K326后代(已经过两代筛选)变异材料M1和M2进行了性状鉴定。结果表明,M1和M2在主要植物学及农艺性状上发生了较多的优良稳定变异,M1株型优化,M2产量提高,M1、M2烟碱含量、钾氯化均优化对照,而抗病性有待进一步改良。 |

Character identification of the materials that screened form the N+ ion implantation progeny |

Abstract: |
The character identification of M1 and M2 were studied in the field (M1 and M2 were mutation progeny of NC89 and K326 that were treated by N+ ion beam).The results showed that M1 and M2 had excellent and steady variations of botany characters and agronomical characters.The plant type of M1 has been improved in shape,the yield of M2 has been raised. Either of them was better than CK in the nicotine content and the K2O/Cl ratio. |
