| 在人和小鼠等的TGFβ2基因序列基础上，选用1对同源性引物，采用反转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）技术从山羊卵泡总RNA中扩增出273 bp的TGFβ2cDNA片段，进行序列测定，由此cDNA序列推出了相应的TGFβ2蛋白分子的氨基酸排列。比较了山羊与人、小鼠、大鼠的TGFβ2部分cDNA核苷酸的同源性和氨基酸的相似性，核苷酸同源性分别为91.9％，87.5％和88.6％；氨基酸相似性分别为97.8％，96.7％和96.7％。 |

| Abstract: |
| The partial cDNA of transforming growth factorβ2(TGFβ2) of goat was amplified by utilizing reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (PT-PCR).The isolated fragment (237 bp) was sequenced.The amino acid sequence was deduced from the cDNA,it contains 91 amino acids.The nucleotide acid and amino acid sequences of the goat TGFβ2 were compared with those of human,mouse and rat.The results indicate that cDNA sequence homology are 91.9%,87.5% and 88.6% respectively,and the amino acid sequence similarty are 97.8%,96.7% and 96.7%,respectively. |
