合金元素对钎料耐磨性能的影响

摘要:
设计了用于零件修复的新型Pb-Sn基耐磨钎料,模拟丰-3发动机曲轴油封部位的工作状态,对钎料试样进行了磨损试验,分析了Sn、Sb、Cu和RE等合金元素对钎料耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,在合金成分范围内,合金中Sn、Sb和RE含量较高时,钎料的耐磨性能较好。4组16种不同成分的钎料合金中,9号和16号具有良好的耐磨性能,152 h磨损量仅为0.119 5 g和0.156 1 g。

Effect of the alloying element on solder wear-resistance
Abstract:
The paper designed the Pb-Sn base alloy of solder used for parts mending.The experiments simulated Harvest3 motor crankshaft grease seal’s performance at work was conducted.Some experiments for abrasion were taken on solders.The paper analyzes Sn,Sb,Cu and RE influence on solder’s wear resistance.It proves that within the component confines of the alloy,the higher the proportion of Sn,Sb,and RE,the betterthe wear resistance.In 4 groups thatcontain 1 6kinds of differentsolder alloy,No.9 and No.1 6solder alloy manifested a good wearresistance.Forinstance,152 hour the amountof abrasion was as little as 0.119 5g and 0.156 1 g.
