| 鬼臼毒素、脱氧鬼臼毒素和α-阿朴苦鬼臼3种化合物对菜青虫均有很强的拒食和毒杀活性。48 h的拒食中质量浓度分别为0.057,0.052和0.070 g·L-1。以0.04 g·L-1鬼臼毒素、0.05 g·L-1脱氧鬼臼毒素和α-阿朴苦鬼臼分别处理菜青虫,最终全部死亡。菜青虫对3种化合物表现出的中毒症状均较缓慢。3种化全物对小菜蛾具有一定的拒食和毒杀活性,对粘虫仅表现出拒食活性。 |

| Research on 3 strong insecticide derivatives,podophyllotoxin,dexypodophyllotoxin and α-apopicropodophyllotoxin showed that they all exhibited high antifeeding and poisonous activities against Pieris rapae. AFC50 was 0.057 g·L-1,0.052 g·L-1 and 0.070 g·L-1 respectively.All insects and finally after treatment with podophyllotoxin at a concentration of 0.04 g·L-1 deoxypodophyllotoxin and 0.05 g·L-1 α-apopicropodophyllotoxin respectively.These chemicals all showed delayed insecticidal activities.The activity to Plutella xylostella and Mythimna separata were also determined. |
