2种真菌纤维素酶系组分活性研究初报

摘要:
在液体摇瓶培养和固体发酵条件下,对2株产纤维素酶的野生型真菌的产酶动态和酶系活性进行了分析,并将固态酶曲与海林产酶粉进行了综纤维糖化对比试验。结果表明,2菌株酶系组分酶活较高,尤其是β-葡萄糖苷酶酶活远高于海林酶粉。

Abstract:
The changes of cellulase production and enzyme activity of some components in the cellulase system were analysed from two wild cellulolytic fungus grown on solid medium fermentaion and shake flask culture.The results showed that two strains were of quick cellulase production speed,complete components in the enzyme system and high enzyme activity,especially high β-glucosidase activity.Two strains could be applied to cellulase production and be parent strains of muttan stains.
