用自行研制的切花保鲜剂处理马蹄莲切花,研究了马蹄莲切花在瓶插期苞片的细胞膜相对透性、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白质含量以及 SOD活性的动态变化。结果表明,保鲜剂可以推迟蛋白质降解时间,降低苞片细胞膜的膜脂过氧化程度和细胞膜的损伤程度,保证了苞片细胞膜在瓶插期间的相对完整性,从而延长了切花瓶插寿命。 |

Abstract: |
The effects of chemical preservative on time-course of relative permeability of cell membrane,MDA content,soluble protein content,SOD activity of common callalily (Zantedeschia aethiopica Spreng.) were studied.The results indicated that preservative postponed soluble protein degradation,alleviated membrane lipid peroxidation and reduced damage of cell membrane.Therefore,compared with control,preservative treatment kept cell membrane ralatively intact,and extended vase life of common callalily cutflower. |
