| 普通小麦(♀)×三粒小麦(♂),F1全为单子房植株,F2 及以后各代一直表现为单子房性状;三粒小麦(♀)×普通小麦(♂),F1全为多子房小麦,F2 分离,且多子房植株与单子房植株分离比例为3∶1,F3以后仍有部分分离。分析结果表明,三粒小麦的多子房性状是在三粒小麦细胞质存在的前提下,由1对显性核基因控制的遗传。 |

| In common wheat(♀)×Trigrain wheat(♂), all plants of F1 were monovary,so were F2 and their subsequent generations. In trigrain wheat (♀)×common wheat (♂), all plants of F1 were multi-ovary; F2 population segregated at the ratio of 3 multi-ovary to 1 monovary, parts of F3 and succeeding offsprings segregated partially.The results showed that, on the premise of cytoplasm of trigrain wheat, the multi-ovary character of trigrain wheat was controlled by one dominant nuclei-gene. |
