| mRNA differential display reverse transcription-PCR(DDRT-PCR) is a useful technique for analyzing differential gene expression at transcription level.The theory and characters of mRNA differential display (DDRT-PCR) and its applications to differentially expressed gene,gene cloning,the mechanism of hormone regulation and control,and resistance to adverse are reviewed.The main problems of mRNA differential display and its improved methods are introduced in the paper. |
