| Abstract: |
| RAPD reaction factors of apple genetic DNA were compared and the
optimum RAPD reaction condition for apple was obtained. The main factors are as
follows: 0.1mol/(L·min) Taq DNA polymorase, 0.4 mmol/L dNTPs, 1.0 mg /L
template DNA, 1.5mg /L 10-mers random primer, 2.5mmol/L Mg2+. |
