杏离体繁殖的研究

摘要:
对影响杏离体繁殖的有关因素进行了研究。结果表明,杏的增殖和生长适宜的BA和IBA质量浓度分别为1. 0~1. 5和0. 05~0. 1mg·L-1,生根适宜的IBA质量浓度为0. 2mg·L-1.培养基中加入GA3和降低NH4NO3浓度有利于加长生长。随着继代培养次数的增加,芽的增殖、加长生长和生根效应均呈上升趋势。山梨醇作碳源时芽的增殖倍数高于蔗糖,而新梢生长差,生根率低。

In Vitro Propagation of Apricot
Abstract:
Some factors influencing in vitro propagation of apricot (Armeniaca vulgaris Lam.) were studied.The results showed that the optimum concentrations of benzyladenine(BA) and indole-3 butyric(IBA) for shoot proliferation and growth were 1.0-1.5 and 0.05-0.1 mg/L,respectively.IBA at 0.2 mg/L was most favourable for rooting.Adding gibberellic acid(GA3) and reducing NH4NO3 concentration of MS medium promoted shoot elongation.The proliferation rate of buds,shoot elongation and rooting ability had an increasing trend with increasing of subculture number.Sorbitol as carbon source promoted proliferation,but decreased shoot growth and rooting ability compared with sucrose.
