| 从4方面分析了财政支持陕西农业产业化问题，结果表明：①财政支持目标应该是克服省域农业及农村发展中面临的4个深层矛盾；②财政支持应该遵循现代农业发展的内在规律及特征；③财政支持重点应该集中在促进产业组织变革、产业结构调整、产业布局重划等方面；④财政支持政策的选择应该注意发挥财政导向效应、协调直接与间接投资的关系、确立合理的政策体系。 |

| Theories and Policies on Finance Support to Agro-Industrialization in Shaanxi Province |

| Abstract: |
| According to the analyses,this paper suggests that:①the goals of the finance support to the agro-industrialization in Shaanxi Province(FSASP) be to overcome the serious difficulties in the development of its agricultural and rural economy;②the formation of the thinkings and the plans on the FSASP be in accord with the natural laws of modern agricultural development;③the major fields on which the policies of the FSASP act be concentrated on changing the microorganizations,adjusting the structure,and revising the distributions of the agro-industries;④the selection of policies on the FSASP pay attention to coordinating the relationships between direct support and indirect support of finance to agroindustrialization,and make the policy structure on FSASP more reasonable. |
