盐胁迫下小麦愈伤组织生理生化特性的变化

摘要:
以小麦花药胚性愈伤组织为材料,研究了用1mg·L-1NaCl处理后几种重要酶活性的变化。结果表明:NaCl处理能抑制愈伤组织生长,使可溶性蛋白质含量、组织含水量降低,SOD,POD活性升高;随着胁迫程度增加,MDA含量升高,膜脂过氧化程度加剧,POD,LOX活性升高,SOD活性下降。

Effect of NaCl on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Wheat Callus
Abstract:
The changes of POD,SOD and LOX of wheat callus (Tricutum aestivam L.) which grew in medium containing 1000 ppm NaCl has been studied.The results showed that NaCl inhibited the growth of wheat callus,decreased the tissue water content and souble protein content,increased the activity of SOD,POD with an increase of salt stress,and made the amount of lipid peroxidation greater,the activity of LOX and POD higher,but caused the activity of SOD to decrease on the contray.
