| 砂地柏果实丙酮提取物及精油对菜青虫等6种重要害虫均不同程度地表现出生物活性。对菜青虫具有拒食、胃毒和触杀作用,对粘虫只表现出较强的拒食和胃毒作用,可抑制玉米象及赤拟谷盗种群形成,干扰棉铃虫的生长发育,其精油对供试昆虫有很强的熏蒸活性。 |

| Bioactivity of Extracts from the Fruit of Sabina vulgaris Ant. |

| Abstract: |
| Bioactivities of the fruit extracts of Sabina vulgaris Ant. to several insect
pests were measured.Results indicated that to the six kinds of insect pests tested different bioactivities appeared.Acetone extracts of the fruit of Sanbina vulgaris had prominent antifeeding, stomach toxic effects and contact toxicity to Pieris rapaeand and its toxic symptom were different from other normal insecticides, showed strong antifeeding activity to Leucania separata, inhibited the population formation of Sitophilus zeamais and
Tribolium castaneum, and disrupted growth of Helliothis armiger. Bioassay results also
showed that the volatile oil of fruit of Sabina vulgaris had most prominent fumigating
activity to several kinds of insect pests. |
