相对Shannon信息量与基因变异的测量

摘要:
在shannon信息量的基础上,建立了相对纯合度信息量S′J(A2)、相对杂合度信息量S′H(A2)和相对信息量S′(A2)的概念,并赋予它们以遗传学意义。与纯合度J和杂合度H进行了理论比较,结果表明,二者在数量规律性上有很好的一致性,而各相对信息量有更好的性质。1-S′H主要反映基因的确定度,S′H(A2)主要反映基因的变异度;S′(A2)与K无关,它能反映群体的遗传变异程度,亦能比较不同位点间的遗传变异程度。

Abstract:
Based on Shannon information theory, the relative information capacity of homozygosity S′J(A2) and heterozygosity S′H(A2), relative information capacity S′(A2) were set up, also meanings in genetics given to them, then theorical comparison with homozygosity J and heterozygosity H made.The results showed that they had very good uniformity in numerical regularity, each relative information capacity had better character.The S′J(A2) mainly reflects gene identity and the S′H(A2) mainly reflected gene diversity;S′(A2) had no relation to K,which could reflect the genetic variation degrees of population, and also could distinguish the genetic variation degrees among different loci.
