苹果压缩特性的研究

摘要:
通过苹果的压缩试验,测定和分析了其力-变形曲线的特性。结果表明,压缩时的加载速率与压头型式影响生物屈服力、破裂力与变形量的大小;在一定条件和范围内,苹果硬度与压缩曲线初始区段的斜率线性显著相关,且苹果的机械损伤与其变形量有关。

A Study on Compressive Properties of Apple
Abstract:
Through the apple compression test,the fore-deformation cure was measured and analyzed.The result showed that the loading rate and shape of the indenters had influence on bioyield force and rupture force and deformation values.In a definite condition and scope,there existed a remarkable linear correlation between the apple firmness and slope for the initial stage of compression cure,and a relation between apple mechanical damage and deformation values.
