大蒜早收后熟的可行性研究

摘要:
1993~1994年在西北农业大学蔬菜试验站以“改良蒜”品种为试材,进行了大蒜早收后熟的可行性试验。研究结果表明,在采薹后不同时期连株收获后熟均可形成鳞茎,采薹后2~3周连株收获后熟的鳞茎产量和商品性接近田间生长自然成熟的对照。大蒜早收后熟是可行的。

Abstract:
A feasibility study on early harvesting and later ripening garlic,namely,Gailiang Garlic,was conducted in the Vegetable Test Station of Northwestern Agricultural University from 1993 to 1994.The results showed that garli (Allium sativun L.CV.) bulbs could be formed in all plants harvested at different stages after scape yield.The yield and outward quality of the later ripened bulbs from plants harvested at the stage of 2 or 3 weeks after scape yield were close to those of field ripening bulbs (control).Therefore,the early harvest of bulbs and plants with later ripening was feasible in garlic production.
