以地下水位进行小麦赤霉病流行分区的研究

摘要:
通过对陕西关中麦区多个县区小麦赤霉病与地下水位关系的分析,发现地下水位与小麦赤霉病菌载体玉米残秆的产壳率、产壳指数以及田间病穗率均有显著的相关性,地下水位既影响病菌的生长发育和侵染,也影响小麦品种的发病程度,因此地下水位可作为小麦赤霉病的流行分区指标。据此对关中麦区各县进行了赤霉病流行分区,结果表明,位于渭河平原一、二级阶地老灌区的各县区的有关乡镇为赤霉病的常发重发区,黄土台塬新灌区的有关县区的乡镇为中度流行区,非灌区的有关县区的乡镇为轻度或不发生区。该项研究成果为关中麦区和类似麦区小麦赤霉病分区综合治理提供了依据。

Studies on Epidemiological Zone Classification for Wheat Head Blight according to Groundwater Level
Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing the data of incidence of wheat scab and groundwater level of counties in Shaanxi Guanzhong area, it is discovered that there is a notable correlation between the rate and index of ascocarp of Gibberela zeaeon in-field corn stubble and the groundwater level, and it is also demonstrated that the growth and development of the Fusarium graminearum and diseased head of wheat cultivars are affected by the groundwater level, so the groundwater level could work as the standard for epidemiological zone classification of wheat scab. The results show that the townships located in old irrigated area in first and second terrace of Wei River plain belong to the heavy epidemic zone, that those located in new irrigated area of loess platform the moderate epidemic zone, and that those located in the non-irrigated area the light epidemic zone.The results mentioned above could provide a scientific basis for integrated management of wheat scab according to zone classification.
