利用荧光光度法测定了中国野生葡萄12个种的39个株系、8个杂交组合397个F1代杂种的花色素双糖苷含量。结果表明:中国葡萄野生种均含有花色素双糖苷,其含量在种和株系间差异较大; 1对基因控制花色素双糖苷的有无; 3对基因决定花色素双糖苷的含量。 |

Abstract: |
The anthocyanin diglucoside contents of 39 clones in 12 species, and 397 F1 of 8 crossings of the wild Vitis resources in China were determined.The results showed that all the wild Vitis resources contain anthocyanin diglucoside and the anthocyanin diglucoside contents of different species and clones vary much;A pair of genes decides the existance of anthocyanin diglucoside,where three pairs of genes determine how much anthocyanin diglucoside the grape berries contain. |
