| The scope, form, and quantity of the farmers burden in China are analyzed, defined and standardized in this paper. Some suggestions put forward are as follows: improving the system of laws and regulations, enforcing the strength of law execution, controlling the sources and outflows of burden, enhancing cadres quality, strengthening financial function, developing rural collective economy, establishing an inspecting
and controlling net of farmers burden, intensifying the audit of specific items, simplifying administration unit, reducing tedious staff and taking some other relativemeasures. |
