用冷原子吸收法测定了陕西省部分市县的140条鱼、107份猪肉、180枚鸡蛋、100份牛奶样品的汞含量。结果表明,鱼肉中汞含量为0. 2233±0. 2475mg·kg-1,其中29. 3%的鱼样中汞含量超出国家卫生标准中汞允许量;猪肉、鸡蛋、牛奶中汞含量分别为0. 0073±0. 0054mg·kg-1, 0. 0038±0. 0017 mg·kg-1和0. 0024±0. 0007 mg·kg-1,均在国家卫生标准中汞允许量以内。说明环境中汞污染对人体健康的威胁,主要来自汞污染水中的鱼体内蓄积的高含量汞。 |

Determination of Fish,Pork,Egg and Milk Mercury Contents in Cities and Counties of Shaanxi Province |

Abstract: |
The mercury contents in 140 fish, 107 portions of pork, 180 eggs and 100
portions of milk were determined with cold-vapor atomic absorption spectrometry in
some cities and counties of Shaanxi Province.The results showed that the mercury contents in fish were 0. 2233±0. 2475mg·kg-1, 29. 3% higher than the permitted level of
mercury in fish (Hygienic Standard of P. R. C.GB2762-94); the mercury contents in
pork, eggs, and milk were 0. 0073±0. 0054mg·kg-1, 0. 0038±0. 0017mg·kg-1 and
0. 0024±0. 0007mg·kg-1, respectively, all of which were below the permitted level of
mercury in foods (GB2762-94). It is suggested that the mercury threat against humans
health mainly comes from high mercury content of fish living in contaminated water. |
