茄种衣剂1号对茄子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘要:
用西北农业大学园艺系研制的“茄种衣剂1号”包衣的种子,其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别较对照提高20. 0%, 195. 2%和78. 6%,平均发芽天数缩短2. 5 d,且种子包衣利于幼苗生长。用人工快速老化测定种子的耐藏性表明,人工老化处理不仅不降低包衣种子发芽,反而极明显地加速了种子萌发和幼苗生长。

Effects of Eggplant Seedcoat No.1 on the Germination and Seedling Growth of Eggplant

Abstract:
The germination rate, germination energy and germination index of eggplant seeds coated with`Eggplant Seedcoat No. 1’developed by the Department of Horticulture, NWAU, were 20. 0%, 195. 2% and 78. 6% higher than the control group, respectively.The mean number of germination day was 2. 5 d shorter and the seed coating was also favourable to the seedling growth.The results of seed storage property tested with the artificial aging method showed that the germination of aged coated seeds did not decrease, but improved, and so did the seedling growth significantly.
