浸种时间和温度对豇豆种子物质外渗及幼苗生长的影响

摘要:
随着浸种时间和浸种温度的增加,豇豆种子中的电解质、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖及蛋白质外渗率增高。浸种时间超过4h,物质外渗率增加显著;浸种温度35℃物质外渗率显著高于5,15和25℃.较高温度和较长时间浸种虽出苗较快,但不利于培育壮苗。

Abstract:
As the increase of soaking time and temperature, the seeping percentage of electrolytes, free amino acids, soluble sugar and protein in seeds of long yardbean (Vigna sesquipedalis/i>) increased. Generally, the seepage increased significantly when the soaking time was longer than 4 hours.The seepage was much higher with soaking temperature at 35℃ than at 5, 15 and 25℃.Although to soak seeds at higher temperature and for longer time was favourable to the early sprouting of seedlings, it was unfavourable to the raising of strong seedlings.
