| 采用鸭胚传代的方法，首次从陕西省关中地区EDS-76 HI抗体阳性鸡群的卵巢和输卵管中分离到１株病毒，经血凝与血凝抑制试验、电镜现实、乙醚和氯仿的敏感性试验、核酸型鉴定试验及回归动物试验等，鉴定该分离物为EDS-76病毒。从病原学上证实陕西省已有该病的发生与流行。 |

| Abstract: |
| One strain of virus was isolated from ovary and oviduct of laying chicken flocks which had postive EDS-76 HI antibody by means of innoculating duck embryo chorioallantoic sac in Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi Province.The virtis was identified as EDS-76 virtis by HA and HI tests,the observation under electronic microscope,the sensitivity test to ether and chloroform,the identification test to nucleic acid type and chalenge test,which proved that the disease had been prevaling in shaanxi. |
