“双低”菜籽粕对蛋鸡生长发育及靶器官的影响

摘要:
选7周龄600只罗曼蛋鸡随机均分5组.试验3组分别饲喂10%,15%,20%“双低”菜籽粕日粮,对照2组分别饲喂全豆粕、8%普通菜籽粕日粮,试期13周(8~20周龄鸡).结果表明,10%,15%“双低”菜籽粕日粮对蛋鸡生长发育、饲料增重比、甲状腺及血清T3,T4,TSH,TG,TM浓度、肝脏及血浆CHE,GOT,GDT,AKP活性无不良影响(P>0.05);20%“双低”菜籽粕日粮组鸡表现明显的生长抑制(P<0.05).甲状腺肿大44.2%(P<0.01),T3下降16.3%(P<0.05),TG上升54.5%(P<0.01),肝出血明显,血浆中Glyl,,GOT升高(P<0.05).

Effeets of“Double Low”Rapeseed Meal in Dietson Chieken's Growth and Target Organs

Abstract:
Six hundred growing chicken were randomly divided into five groups,3 of which were fed with basal diets,as the treatments,of 10%,15%,and 20% DL-RM(double low)from 8 to 20 weeks of age,and the other 2,as the control,fed with all soybean meal protein and 8% C-RM(common rapeseed meal).The results were:when DL-RM contents were 10%,15%,no significantly ill effects were found in chicken's growth,feed gain ratio,thyroid size,and the density of T3,T4,TSH,TG,T in the serum,liver,activities of GOT,GPT,AKP,CHE in plasma compared with the control group;when DL-RM contents were 20%,obviously ill effects of the growth retardation(P<0.05 ),goiter swallowed by 44.2%(P<0.01),T3 dropped by 16.3%,TG raisedby 54.5%(P<0.01),apparent liver bleeding,and GPT and GOT in plasma raised (P<0.05).
