雪腐格氏霉产毒培养基的筛选及培养条件

摘要:
对雪腐格氏霉(Gerlachia nivalis)产毒培养基的筛选结果表明,适宜菌株生长和产毒的液体培养基为马铃薯蔗糖培养液(PSA)和添加1%蛋白胨的察氏(Czapek’s)培养液。固体培养物玉米粒上的粗毒素产量远高于液体培养基。适宜茵株生长的条件是20℃,pH6~7,黑暗和静止培养,适宜产毒的条件是10℃,pH7~8,光暗交替和静止培养;培养滤液和从固体培养物中浸提的粗毒素对小麦种子均有毒性,浸提的粗毒素的毒性远高于培养滤液。粗毒素对小麦胚根生长的抑制作用与浓度密切相关,与生长率的相关系数为-0.8677(P<0.01)。

Abstract:
The result of the toxin一promoted media selection show sthat liquid media fit for the growth and toxin一promotion of Gerlachia nivalis is PSB and Czapek’s liquid medium (l% pepton extraet),the output of crud etoxin extracting from corn grain solid media is much higher than from liquid media.The condition for the growth of Gerlachia nivalis is a still culture in 20℃.pH 6~7,and darkness;the condition fit for its toxin一Promotion is a still culture in 10℃,pH 17~8,light and darkness alternation.Liquide culture filtrate and curde toxin extraetion from solid culture are all toxin to wheat seeds with the higher toxieity of the former.It is revealed that the correlation exsits between the inhibition of crude toxin to the growth of radicals and its concentration.And the correlation coefficient of the concentration to the growth rate is -0.8677(P<0.01).
