| 80只45周龄的I LT琼扩阴性的健康蛋鸡,人工感染匈牙利传染性喉气管炎病毒,并随机分成:不治疗(Ⅰ)、预防(Ⅱ)、早期治疗(Ⅲ)、1.2%治疗(Ⅳ)、1.8%治疗(Ⅴ)和药物对照(Ⅵ)等6组,Ⅰ组不给药,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在攻毒前48 h、攻毒的同时和出现特征性症状后,用喉炎康按1.2%混饲,Ⅴ、Ⅵ组在出现特征性症状时,分别用喉炎康按1.8%、喉管神康散按每只每日0.4～0.8 g/kg混饲,连续用药5 d,各组的临床治愈率分别为0,100.0%,100.0%,92.9%,100.0%和30.0%.统计分析表明,喉炎康对I LT的防治作用显著高于对照药物。 |

| 80 45-week-old healthy ILT agar-gel ammunodiffusion negative layers
were infected with infectious laryngotracheitis artificially and divided into 6 groups:(I)
untreatment, (Ⅱ) prevention, (Ⅲ) early treatment, (Ⅳ) treatment at a dosage of
1. 2%,(Ⅴ) treatment at a dosage of 1.8% and (Ⅵ) pharmaceutical control.The
chickens in Group I were not treated.The chickens in GroupsⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were treated
with 1.2% of Houyankang by mixing the medicine into feed 48 hours before chanllenge,
in the time of infection and appearing characteristic symptoms, respectively. The
chickens in Groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ were treated with 1.8% of Houyankang and 0.4-0.8 g/
kg of Houguanshenkangsan in diet per day,respectively,after appearing characteristic
symptoms.The medicines were administrated for 5-7 days continuously.The cure rate
was 0,100%,100.0%,92.9%,100.0% and 30.0%, respectively. The results by
statistics showed that the effect of Houyankang on the prevention and treatment of
chicken infectious laryngotracheitis was significantly higher than that of the controlled
group. |
