| 由肌苷开始经五步合成出N6-(6-氮基己基)-5’-磷酸腺苷。对6-氯-9-β-D-呋喃核糖嘌呤的合成进行了改进。1,6-己二胺同6-氯-9-β-D呋喃核糖嘌呤-5’-磷酸发生取代反应,合成出N6-(6-氮基己基)-5'-磷酸腺苷,基于核苷的总产率约70%。 |

| N6-(6-aminohexyl)-adenosine-5’-Phosphoric acid was obtained from inosine
via five steps.An improved synthesis of 6-chloro-9-β-D-ribofuranosylpurine was reported.
from 6-chloro-9-β-D-ribofuranosylpurine-5'-phosphoric acid,N6-(6-aminohexyl)-adenosine
5'-phosphoric acid was synthesized by a process involving substitution of the 6-chloro-group
by l,6-diaminohexane giving about 70% overal yield from nucleoside. |
