| 应用系统随机整群抽样方法对陕西北部黄牛群体进行了遗传抽样检测。结果表明，在检测的21个遗传位点中18个具有遗传多态性；所有频率估计值的误差均在7‰以下；确认这一区域黄牛属秦川牛与蒙古牛的混血型，不同系统两者血统比例有明显差异。 |

| A genetic sampling investigation was carried out on yellow cattle population from the north of Shaanxi by means of the stratified random cluster sampling.The result indieated that 18 genetic loci possessed genetic polimorphic types among 21 genetic loci of investigation,and that the error of all estimated value was below 0.7%。.It was
affirmed that the yellow cattle in this region belonged to the mixed blood of Qinchuan
Cattle and Menggu Cattle,and that the two blood lineproportio nhad distinct difference
in the different system. |
