牛黄的超微结构研究

摘要:
用日本OLYMPUSS-450型扫描电子显微镜对25枚天然牛黄的表面、剖面和核心,以及16枚牛体培育牛黄的表面和剖面进行了500~10000倍连续扫描观察,发现天然牛黄的层次结构比牛体培育牛黄的层次多而且明显;两种牛黄均具有梅花状、蜂巢状、珊瑚石状和树根状的结构特征,与人的胆红素型结石十分类似。在天然牛黄的核心均未见到异物。

Study on the Ultrastructure of Cow-bezoar

Abstract:
The surface,section and nucleus of 30 natural cow-bezoar samples and 16 cow-bezoar samples cultured in cow gallbladders were observed by using an Olympus S-450 scanning electron microscope with 500~10000 times running scan.It was found that there were more struetural tiers in the natural cow-bezoar than the cultured ones and the natural tiers were more easily observed.Both types of the cow-bezoar had the same structral features such as plum blossom,ball,honeycomb,coral stone and tree root,which looked similar to human bilirubin一type gallstones.No foreign body was found in the nuclei of the natural cow一bezoars.
