| 正确设计和实施灌水方法及灌水技术必须制订一套完整的质量指标和经济指标体系。目前分析评估和优化设计它们的常用质量指标均有缺点。本文依据对常用的三个田间灌水质量指标及其构成因素的分析，提出了一个新的评估指标，即田间灌水质量综合有效利用率，可以代替原指标。阐明了其间的关系，分析了新指标在各种灌水情况下的评估特征，并于畦块灌水技术试验中予以验证。结果表明，该新指标具有通用性、科学性及可操作性。 |

| A Qualitative Evaluation of Irrigation Methods and Irrigation Techniques of Farmlands |

| Abstract: |
| A complete evaluation system for the water quality indexes and water economic norms should be worked out for the correct design and application of the onfarm irrigation methods and irrigation techniques.The current water quality indexes of analytical evaluation and optimum design all have some defects. According to the analysis of the current three water quality indexes and their form ation factors,a new evaluation index, termed as the Comprehensive Efficiency of On-farm Water Quality,is put forward for the purpose of replacing the original indexes. The relationship between this new index and the former three indexes is expounde,and the evaluation feature of this new index is analysed for all irrigation condition;The experiment conducted with the border irrigation techniques indicates that the comprehensive efficiency index is superior compared with the former three indexes. |
