小麦单倍体无性系抗镰刀菌毒素细胞系的筛选

摘要:
1989~1992年以禾谷镰刀菌F4号菌种的粗毒素为选择剂,采用多步正筛选法,从来源于同一个花粉胚的单倍体细胞无性系H16中筛选出三个抗性细胞系──Hr116,Hr316和Hr516。与亲本系相比,这些变异系具有较强的抗毒素毒害能力,在继代培养6次后,其抗性性状表现稳定。

Abstract:
Three Fusarium graminearum toxin-resistant variants,designated as Hr116,Hr316 and Hr516, have been selected from a wheat haploid clone H16 with the use of the crude toxin of Fusarium graminearum No. 4 and the multi-step selection system. The resistance ability of variant lines against the crude toxin of Fusarium graminearum is stronger than that of the parent and the resistance property of variant lines keeps stable after the variant lines have been cultured in a medium lacking the crude toxin for 6 generations.
