| “一江两河”地区未来大宗农产品合理市场控制范围包括拉萨、山南、日喀则三地市的３８个县、市和那曲与阿里地区，到２０００年该区合理市场范围对粮食的总需求量为１１５７６１．４５万ｋｇ，在现有基础上需增加５２６１９．８０万ｋｇ；届时土地生产潜力开发程度要求达到３６．７５％，与现实相比，需提高１６．７１％，平均每年要求增长１．６７％；粮食单产要求达到６５６１．４５ｋｇ／ｈｍ2，需增加２９５１．２５ｋｇ／ｈｍ2，平均每年增加２９５．２ｋｇ／ｈｍ2，这一指标比国家要求的２０００年开发目标７８１４１．６５万ｋｇ多３７４１９．８０万ｋｇ，单产高出２１０１．０５ｋｇ／ｈｍ2。 |

| Abstract: |
| The rational market controlling range of the future large-scale staple agro-produets in the“three-river regions includes 38 counties and cities in Lhasa.Shannan and Xigaze and the districts of Naqu and Ali.The total grain demands of market
ranges in this region will,by the year of 2000,be 1.1576145 billion kg on the basis of
which 526.198 million kg will stil1 be increased.By that time,the development degree of
land productive potentiality will be required to reaeh 36.75% in comparison with the existing degree with an increase of 16.71% to be required,but an average increase of
1.67% to be required eaeh year.The per unit area grain yield is required to reach
6561.45 kg/hm2.Therefore,2951.25kg/hm2 are required to increase with an annual increase of 295.2 kg/hm2. This target will have 374.198 million kg higher than the nationa1 development target of 781.4165 million kg to be required by the country by the year
of 2000.Therefore,per unit area yield shoold be 2101.05 kg/hm2,higher than that set in
the plan. |
