外源性雌二醇诱发山羊黄体溶解

摘要:
将16只山羊随机分为4组进行2x2因子实验:①在发情周期的11~14d,每天注射400μg雌二醇(E2),②16~21d每天注射12mg吲哚美辛/kg体重.③吲哚美辛+E2组的吲哚美辛改在11~16d注射.④空白组则注射相应体积的玉米油。血浆孕酮(P4)降到1ng·mL-1以下的时间为黄体完全溶解时间:E2组极显著地早于空白组(15.4 vs 19.7d,P<0.01),吲哚美辛组到实验结束时血浆P4水平仍无明显下降趋势,吲哚美辛十E2组(20.7d)与空白组的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,外像性E2通过刺激子宫前列腺素F(PGF)的合成和分泌,诱发了山羊黄体溶解。

Exogenous Estradiol Induced Luteolysis in Goats

Abstract:
Sixteen adult goats were randomly divided into 4 groups and a 2×2 factorically-designed experiment was conducted.(1)E2 group:to inject 400μg E2 to goats every day between days 11一14 in the estrous cycle;(2)Indomethacin group:to inject 12 mg indomethacin/kg BW every day between days 16一21;(3)Indomethacin+E2 group:indomethacin was administrated between days 11一16 instead;and(4)the control group:only with the corresponding volume of corn oil to have been injected.The completed luteolysis was indicated by plasma P4 level below 1 ng·mL-1 determined with RIA.The time of the luteolysis was at 19.7 day of the estrous cycle in the control group.It was significantly earlier (P<0.01) in the E2 group (15.4 day)than that in the control group.There was no any declining trend in the P4 level in the Indomethacin group at the end of the experiment.There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the luteolytic time between the Indomethacin + E2 group (20.7 dav)and the control group. The results showed that E2 induced luteolysis by stimulating the synthesis and release of uterine PGF in goats.
