雌二醇和孕酮对山羊子宫雌二醇受体的调节

摘要:
将12只卵巢摘除山羊随机分为4组,用孕酮(P4)和雌二醇(E2)按2x2因子实验进行发情周期的人工模拟,然后测定子宫内膜胞浆中的E2受体(RE2)。P4组、空白组、P4+E2组和E2组的RE2水平分别为8.9,18.3,33.8和67.9 fmol·mg-1.除空白组与P4+E2组之间RE2水平的差异显著外(P<0.05),其余组之间均为极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明,山羊子宫内膜胞浆RE:水平处于P4和E2的共同调节之中,P4具有极显著的降调节作用,而E2则具有极显著的升调节作用。

The Regulation of Endometrial Estradiol Receptor by Estradiol and Progesterone in Goats

Abstract:
A 2x2 factorically-designed experiment was conducted. P4 and E2 were used to imitate estrous cycle in 12 OVX goats divided in 4 groups at random artificially.And then,E2 receptor (RE2) was determined in the cytoplasma of the endometrium of these goats.The concentration of RE2 was 8.9,18.3,33.8 and 67.9 fmol·mg-1 protein in P4,the control,P4+E2 and E2 groups respectively.Apart from the significant difference in RE2 concentration between the control and P4+E2 groups ((P<0.05),there was an extremely significant difference in RE2 concentration in all the rest groups ((P<0.01).The results indicate that RE2 concentration in the cytoplasma of endometrium of these goats is in co-extence between P4 and E2, and that P4 has an extremely significant function to decrease regulation while E2 has an extremely significant function to increase regulation.
