| This paper exams the problms in occupational promotion of scientific researchers in the institution of higher learning ,and also a complete set of the index system and examination and evaluation criteria is designed and worked out therdby to establish an evaluation and examination method combining qualification with quantification. The results are proved to be practically feasable. |
