肉用仔鸡赖氨酸需要量的研究Ⅰ.赖氨酸水平与性别对胴体品质的影响

摘要:
在前后期基础饲粮中分别添加0.0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的L—赖氨酸·HCL(基础饲粮赖氨酸含量分别为1.02%和0.84%)饲喂海布罗商品代仔鸡,8周龄结束时屠宰分割结果表明:添加赖氨酸对屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、脚重率、翅重率、腹脂率和肌胃重等均无显著影响(P>0.05);性别对上述前5项指标及肌胃重也无明显作用(P>0.05),但公鸡腹脂率极显著低于母鸡(P<0.01),翅重率和脚重率则明显高于母鸡(P<0.05)。

Abstract:
The basal diets with 0.0%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% of L-lysine·HCL (Lysinesin the basaldiets are 1.02% and 0.84% respectively) were fed to the commercial broilers. They were killed to determine carcass composition sat the age of 8 weeks: There sults showed that the rewasno signifieant effects,with Iysine added,upon slaughter,half net carcass,whole net carcass,chest muscle,leg muscle,abdominal fat and stomach muscle percentages(P>0.05).Also sex had no effects upon the above 5 indexes and stomach muscle (P>0.05).The abdominal fa tperecntage of male birds was significantly lower than tha tof female ones(P<0.01),but wing and foot weight percentage was obviously higher than that of female birds.(P<0.05).
