猕猴桃果实生长发育过程中内源植物激素的变化动态

摘要:
研究了猕猴桃果实发育的各个时期,其内部生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、细胞分裂素(CK)及脱落酸(ABA)等物质含量的变化动态及其与果实生长发育的关系表明:伴随着果实的生长,在果肉细胞分裂期,IAA,CK的浓度显著升高;细胞膨大期,GA的浓度最高,此后三种生长促进物质的浓度都显著降低;ABA在花后一度升高,然后骤减,临近成熟期(花后90d左右)时再次上升,采收期达最高。

Abstract:
The changes in endogenous IAA, GA, CK, and ABA, etc. and their relationship with fruit development were studied during the different stages of fruit development. The results indicated that:the level of IAA and CK increased significantly during cell division with the fruit development, while GA level was the highest during cell expansion, the levels of the three growth stimulator dropped greatly then. ABA level went up after the bloom, then went down quickly, went up again in about 90 days after the bloom or near maturity, but showed the highest level at harvest.
