| There are many advantages to make every conjugate curve surfaces by using gear generating method. The method can be used to make spline shaft with rectangular tooth profile. If the pitch circle of work-piece is selected improperly tooth overcut-ting and other problems can be also caused, In this paper the author discussed this problem. |
