Abstract: |
The standard reference material of wheat powdered sample is made through four stages, namely treatment of sample,homogeneity test, determination of assured value and examination of stabilization.1 It is necessary assure the analytical reliability of protein and lysine in studying of the appraisal of varietal quality of wheat. For other crops in quality determination, it is also very useful. |
