小麦粉样标准物质的研制

摘要:
小麦粉样标准物质经过样品处理、均匀性检验、定值及稳定性考察4个步骤研制而成;用于实验室小麦种子粗蛋白质和赖氨酸分析质量的控制,是保证和评价小麦品质分析质量的有效措施。对其他农作物品质分析鉴定工作也有参考价值。

Abstract:
The standard reference material of wheat powdered sample is made through four stages, namely treatment of sample,homogeneity test, determination of assured value and examination of stabilization.1 It is necessary assure the analytical reliability of protein and lysine in studying of the appraisal of varietal quality of wheat. For other crops in quality determination, it is also very useful.
