| 用四组不同剂量的孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)与促黄体素(LH)配合,对瑞士小鼠作超数排卵效果的比较表明,4.5IU PMSG分别与4.5或6 IULH配合,是促使瑞士小鼠超数排卵的适宜剂量,其超排的排卵率分别为29.7±11.7和52.6±20.01,显著高于(P<0.01)对照组的自然排卵(8.8±1.84)。超排胚胎的活力用体外培养法证明是可靠的。但这两种超排方法不能应用于LACA小鼠。 |

| Abstract: |
| Four groups of Swiss mice treated with different doses of PMSG with LH for superovulation were compared with the controlled group.The results showed that 4.5IU PMSG with 4.5IU or 6 IU respectively was the optimum dose in stimulating superovulation in Swiss mice. The Ovulation nu mber of the superovulated mice was 29.7±11.7 and 32.6±20.01 respectively , which were significantly higher (P<0.01) than that of natural ovulation (8.8±1.64) in the controlled group ,It has been proved by in vitro culture that the activity of superovulation embryos are reliable.And yet,these two kinds of superovulation methods can not be applied LACA mice. |
