| 实验室培养棉花黄萎病菌,用查彼克培养基,在25℃下培养15天是病菌致萎毒素产生的适宜条件。病菌危害棉花导致棉株凋萎死亡的毒素物质主要是蛋白质,其组份多为糖蛋白,含有17种氨基酸,其中酸性氨基酸占21.2％,碱性氨基酸占8.9％,电泳分离出13条蛋白质条带。棉花品种中棉所10号和FR-1棉苗在病菌毒素稀释液内浸至65小时,病情指数分别达到70.45和47.73。 |

| Promising production of the toxin of the Verticillium will pathogen was obtained with an incubation of 15days at 25℃ with czapek culture under laboratory conditions.Main substances inducing cotton wilt were known as proteins composing of goycoproteins of 17 kinds of amino acids with 21.2％ of which belonging to acidic amino acids and 8.9％ of which being basic amino acids,13 protein bands had deen separated by electrophoresis.With seedlings of cotton varieties Central Cotton No.3 and RF-1 immerged in the dilution containing phytotoxins for as long as 65 hrs,the severity jndices mounted to 70.45and 47.73 accordingly. |
