Se-KI-LUMINO1化学发光体系的研究

摘要:
本文通过对酸性溶液中Se(Ⅳ)可氧化I-生成I2,而在碱性溶液中I2又可氧化Luminol产生化学发光的研究,确定了Se(Ⅳ)-KI-Luminol的化学发光体系,建立了硒的化学发光分析方法。该方法操作简便、快速,检出限为8×10-3μg/ml,线性范围0.04—6μg/ml,相对标准偏差为5%。

Abstract:
In this paper,a chemiluminescence analysis method for the determination of trace selenium has been developed.The method was based on Luminol rebucing I2 in the basic solution. I2 Was probuccd by ildide with selenious acid reaction in the acidic solution.This method is both simply used and rapidly resulting.The detection limit was 8×10-3μg/ml,and the Se(IV) was determindd in the range of 0.04—6μg/ml with a relative standard deviation of about 5%.
