莴苣病毒病的研究

摘要:
从自然感病的109株莴苣上鉴定出莴苣花叶病毒(LMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)及蒲公英黄色花叶病毒(DYMV)。LMV 可通过种子传毒,病株种子的传毒率为10.35%(商业种子为5.37%);而 CMV 则不能种传。DYMV 也可种传(3.07%),桃蚜(Myzus persica)作非持久性传播,而汁液接种较为困难。其 TDP 为65—70℃,DEP 为10-4—10-5,而 L 则为24h。病毒粒体呈球状,直径约为30mm,DYMV 与 SPqMV,RMV 及 TRSV 的抗血清不起反应。

Abstract:
Lettuce mosaic virus (LMV),cucumber mosiac virus (CMV) and dandelion yellow moasic virus (DYMV) have been identified from 109 infected letuce samples.LMV can be transmitted by Myzus pcrsicai (non-persistent)、Sap and infected lettuce seeds,and theirtransmission rate is 10.35% (Commercial seeds,5.37%),while CMV can not be transmitted through seeds.DYMV is also transmitted by seeds (average 3.07%) M.persicae is non-persistently transmissible,and sap is difficult to inoculate.Virus Tdp is 65-70%;DEP is 10-4—10-5,and longivity of leaf extract is 24 hr.The diameter of spherical virus particle is about 30mm.Agar double diffusion serological testindicates that DYMV is uncorrelated to squash mosaic virus,radish mosaic virus and tobacco ring-spot virus.
