| 以裸胚切割和透明带内切割两种方法,切割31枚奶牛早期胚胎,一分为二。将41枚半胚(其中38枚成对)分别移植给26头受体牛,6头移植怀孕,成功率为23.1%,移植有透明带的半胚和无透明带的裸半胚怀孕成功率都为25%。2半胚在同一透明带内(透明带内切割)的怀孕成功率为40%,而将裸半胚重新装入空透明带内的移植5头(受体全为黑白花奶牛),均未怀孕。桑椹胚分割成半胚移植怀孕成功率为21.1%,而早期囊胚则为28.6%。 |

| Abstract: |
| Each of thirty-one early developing cow embryos was cut into two parts byusing the methods of bare embryo cutting and internal zona pellucid cutting. Forty-one half-embryos(38 half-embryos were paired)were transfered into 26 recitients,of which 6 recipients succeeded in gestation with the success fate of 23.1%.But the success rate of the transfers of both the half-embryos with zona Pellucid and the bare half-embryos without it was 25%.When two half-embryos(internal zona pellucid cutting)in the same zona pellucidwere transfered,40% of success rate in gestation was obtained,but the 5 recipients (all Holstein-Friesian)which were transfered with bare half-embryos put into the empty zona pellucid again,failed in gestation.When the morula cut into half-embryos were transfered,the success rate was 21.1% while that of the early developing blastocysts came to 28.6%. |
