陕西关中不同年代小麦品种抗条锈病性及其亲缘关系的研究

摘要:
随抗条锈病育种的进展,品种抗病性不断有所提高。老的抗源材料,也是宝贵的种质资源。虽然品种的抗病性是其亲本抗病基因重组的结果,但必须进行精细的选择,才能纯化其抗病性。新育成的多个小麦品种(品系),与黑麦血缘有关,其抗锈性强。细胞学观察表明,它们均系1B/1R 类型,是难得的抗源亲本材料。

Research on the Stripe Rust Resistibility of Wheat Varieties and Their Genetic Relationships in Different Years in Guanzhong of Shaanxi Province

Abstract:
With the progress made in breeding the rust-resistant wheat Varieties,the rust resistibility of wheat varieties has been much improved.Nevertheless,the old antigen materials are still the Valuable germ plasms.Although the rust resistibility of wheat varieties is the result of gene recombination of their parent materials,careful selection must be carried out in such a way that the purification of resistibility can be achieved.Many newly-bred wheat varieties(lines) have the close genetic relationships with rye so that their rust resistibility is strong.Cytological observation indicates that they belong to 1B/1R type which is a kind of antigen parent material hard to obtain.
