| 关中驴公驴(n=8)的血浆睾酮、17β—雌二醇和皮质醇水平在繁殖季节和非繁殖季节均不恒定, 呈现突发性波动。随着光照(和温度)的增加,繁殖季节睾酮和17β—雌二醇的分泌频率增加,分泌量加大,导致激素水平显著高于非繁殖季节。 |

| Abstract: |
| The levels of testosterone,17β-estradiol and cortisol in male donkeys (n=8) are not all constant,appearing episodic fluctuations in breeding and hon-breeding seasons.Along with the increase of photophase hours and humidity,the levels of testosterone and 17β-estradiol in breeding season are higher than those in non-breeding season,resulting in the increase in their secretional frequency and amplitude in breeding season. |
